Essential Responsibilities • Closely work with CAG & PE P&L heads & CFO to drive volume growth  and meet plan targets • Help team in deal structuring and pricing • Work very closely with India corporate treasury in asset-liability matching, debt cost optimization • Equity valuation and accounting/tax assistance and planning • Support deal team for New Product Introductions • Ensure timely reporting of all commercial/pricing related submissions • Closely work with Region’s Pricing team, Product Marketing Managers and  Sales Leaders to develop and analyze data around customer pricing structures • Maintain price databases, operational models and tools to support pricing initiatives • Lead price rated projects and generate pertinent analysis and reports • Margin optimization through segmented pricing and profitability analysis • Sales Force Effectiveness - Analyze win/loss analysis for deals presented by sales • Work together with Risk in order to support Risk-based-pricing initiatives  (Product leverages, Loss provisions based on customer profile and deal structure) • Support FP&A team in preparation of business plans (Op/GPB/SII) Qualifications/Requirements: • Minimum 3 years finance experience • Clear thinker - strong analytical and statistical problem solving skill • Data handling skills and experience • Leadership and influencing skills • Demonstrated team building and teamwork • Good communication skills
