Job Description:
1. Make optimal use of the Loan Origination System
2. Maintain Credit TAT
3. Manage Credit Underwriting to policy
4. Monitor Delinquency and NPA to budgeted levels for the product
5. Work closely with Sales team for launching New Location
6. Manage Credit Cost as per approved budgets
7. Give feedback to Credit Policy based on experience of underwriting
8. Ensure availability and management of all Vendors

Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance)

Product knowledge –
- Knowledge of finer nuances of relevant products and market practices of Competitors like ROI / Property Rates / DSA Payouts / Vendor Payouts
- Knowledge and experience of Builder vetting and approval / Project Approval /Process of ADF / Title Search
- Ability to read and understand legal and technical reports and valuations related to properties financed by the company
-Resale values and process of acquiring and disposal of property
- Legal provisions applicable to Property dealings / Registration / Creation and removal of mortgage / Builder approval / Project approval etc.
-Knowledge and experience of risk of Frauds related to Business Sourcing / Documentation and other types of frauds.
-Various risks associated with the product and ways to mitigate the same.
Experience: 3 - 6 Years
Role: Credit/Control Exec.

UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG - CA,MBA/PGDM - Finance
