Job Description:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1 Investment Program Setup
• Review of budget structure for completeness & compliance
• Approve the IM setup forms and send it to SSC for setup
2 Asset creation & transfer into use
• Review the final asset master data created by SSC. Suggest any changes required to the master data
• Review the AUC and overheads capitalization performed by SSC
• Review and approve IFRS vs. IGAAP capitalization adjustments performed
• Approve creation of new asset class
3 Asset Management & tracking
• Review the overall planned and unplanned depreciation of fixed assets
• Authorize movement of inventory
4 Review and reporting
• Review work done by SSC and Project & Asset Analysis for overall functioning of the fixed asset accounting
• Ensure that all the reports related to fixed assets are provided to management on time.
• Monitor KPI for transactions with SSC

• Project concept note and feasibility report
• Management reports related to fixed assets,
• Audit reports related to fixed assets
